1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and training profile (goal, sport/activity, level, equipment, frequency, limitations, division, and season). We also collect workout session data including duration, RPE scores, sets completed, and custom routines you create. Basic usage analytics (feature interactions, screen views) are collected automatically to improve the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to create and manage your account, generate personalized workout routines tailored to your profile, track your training progress over time, send in-app notifications relevant to your training, process Premium payments securely through Stripe, and continuously improve the HPZ platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties or share it with advertisers.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Row Level Security (RLS) is enforced across all user data, ensuring each user can only access their own information. Your training data is never accessible to other users. We take industry-standard measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction of your data.
4. Third-Party Services
HPZ uses the following trusted third-party services: Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for secure payment processing (we never store your credit card details), and Vercel for app hosting and delivery. Each of these services maintains their own privacy policies governing how they handle data on our behalf.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You can update your profile information directly within the HPZ Settings screen. To request complete account deletion and removal of all associated data, contact us at hpzperformancezone@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process all deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
HPZ is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users between 13 and 17 years old should use HPZ only with parental or guardian consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at hpzperformancezone@gmail.com.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data as long as your account remains active. Workout session history and profile data are stored for the duration of your account. Upon verified account deletion, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
8. Cookies and Tracking
HPZ uses session tokens and local storage to maintain your authenticated session and store your preferences locally on your device. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. The limited analytics data we collect is used solely to improve the HPZ platform experience.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. The "Effective" date at the top of this Policy will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of HPZ after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
